Who it is for

  • Couples separating, married or not
  • Parents agreeing arrangements for children
  • Anyone asked to sign a pre-nuptial agreement

How it goes

  1. First meeting

What matters most to you, and what the law says about it.

  2. Mediation or negotiation

Most families agree with help; we support you through it.

  3. Agreement

We put what you agree into a form that holds.

  4. Court, if needed

If agreement isn't possible, we prepare and represent you.

Who does it

Divorce and separation, arrangements for children, and dividing money and property. We aim for agreement first, and court only when it is the better road.

Tell us briefly what happened, and we’ll tell you within one working day whether we can help and what a first consultation would cover.

Questions

Do we have to go to court?

Usually not. Most separating couples reach agreement with mediation or through solicitors.

Can we use the same solicitor?

No, each of you needs your own, but you can share a mediator.

Questions about the firm, fees and how we work

Hello. I can tell you what we do, what it costs and how to book a consultation. I can't give legal advice on your situation; a lawyer will.
