Privacy Policy

Last updated

This policy is demo content for the fictional firm Halden & Rowe. Replace it with a policy that describes what your own site and firm actually do.

What we collect

When you write to us: your name, email address, the kind of matter and your message, so we can reply and check for conflicts of interest. When you sign up for The Brief: your email address. When you book or pay for a consultation, Cal.com and Stripe process the details you give them under their own policies.

How we use it

Only to answer you, to send what you signed up for, and to act for you if you instruct us. We never sell personal data. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits. If Google Analytics is used too, it runs only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can ask us what we keep about you, and to correct or delete it, by writing to the email address on the contact page. [DATA PROTECTION DETAILS]

Questions about the firm, fees and how we work

Hello. I can tell you what we do, what it costs and how to book a consultation. I can't give legal advice on your situation; a lawyer will.
