Who it is for

  • Employees facing dismissal or redundancy
  • Anyone offered a settlement agreement
  • Small employers with a contract or a dispute

How it goes

  1. Read the papers

We read your contract, letters and emails before we meet, so the meeting is about you, not the paperwork.

  2. Your options

What a claim could achieve, what it would cost, and what settling would look like.

  3. Negotiate

We write to the other side and negotiate, usually without going near a tribunal.

  4. Sign off

We check every word of the final agreement before you sign.

Who does it

Tell us briefly what happened, and we’ll tell you within one working day whether we can help and what a first consultation would cover.

Questions

Will I have to go to a tribunal?

Most matters settle before a claim is issued. If yours doesn't, we tell you the costs of each stage first.

Who pays for a settlement agreement review?

Usually your employer contributes towards it; we tell you how much in the first call.

Hello. I can tell you what we do, what it costs and how to book a consultation. I can't give legal advice on your situation; a lawyer will.
